That’s why we offer a 30-day free returns service. If for any reason your order isn’t the right fit, simply reach out to our team and we’ll take care of the rest.

To start a return, email us at support@shopultraview.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure everything is handled smoothly.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Products purchased during promotional or sale events are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns. However, if your item arrives defective or has a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives defective or experiences a manufacturing issue within the first 30 days, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.


1-Year Warranty Coverage

Your UltraView is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.

If anything goes wrong within this period, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, contact support@shopultraview.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, UltraView is not responsible for carrier delays, transit disruptions, weather delays, customs delays, or other shipping issues caused by the carrier/logistics after dispatch.

If your package is delayed in transit, we ask that you first contact our support team at support@shopultraview.com so we can help investigate the shipment.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed solely due to carrier delays, transit timing, or packages that are still actively in transit will not be considered valid under our store policy. Orders that have been properly fulfilled and shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered provided by the merchant.


Cancellations & Changes

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Be sure to double-check your shipping information at checkout before submitting your order.

Orders delayed by the carrier do not qualify as merchant non-delivery when tracking confirms the shipment is active in transit or delivered to the address provided at checkout.
